Steve was a Senior Manager in the strategy practice at a Global Life Sciences consultancy, where he had P&L responsibility for strategy and operational improvement projects with pharmaceutical and biotech clients. He was also responsible for internal training of all US-based Life Sciences strategy consultants.

Christoph Grueneis
Christoph is a Managing Director in Parallax LSC whose efforts are primarily directed towards managing client relationships and leading teams to develop strategies, conduct internal and external assessments, enhance organizational capabilities, prepare business plans, and execute tactics.
Prior to Parallax LSC, Christoph was a Senior Director of Client Services for a Pharmaceutical Advertising and Medical Communications Agency, where he led the development of customer/product strategies and directed the identification and implementation of tactics to support brand strategies.
As a Senior Manager in the strategy practice of a Global Life Sciences consultancy, Christoph worked with worldwide pharmaceutical companies in all areas of the pharmaceutical value-chain from development to sales and marketing. His strategic consulting strengths include business case development, strategy development and implementation, process improvement, organizational alignment, and visioning.
